Did you get to attend the Adobe webcast on Tuesday, March 27th at 12:30pm PST? If you didn’t here is the deal. Adobe introduced 4 new “Suites” of products: Adobe CS3 Design Premium, Adobe CS3 Web Premium, Adobe CS3 Production Premium and Adobe CS3 Master Collection The Design Premium now includes: InDesign CS3, Flash Professional CS3, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3, Dreamweaver CS3 and Acrobat 8 Professional. The Web Premium now includes: Dreamweaver CS3, Flash Professional CS3, Photoshop CS3 Extended, Illustrator CS3, Fireworks CS3, Contribute CS3 and Acobat 8 Professional The Master Collection includes everything in the Design, Web and Production Suites. That’s sweet! The coolest thing is that now all of their apps (with some exceptions, like Adobe OnLocation and Adobe Ultra 2) will now work on the Mac as well as the PC. Only issue, only work on Intel Macs (that means I have to get a new Mac and give my G5 to my kids!) To learn more about their productions, visit Adobe. I can’t wait until the 3rd quarter, which is when they are supposed to be releasing their new products to the market. In the mean time, I’ll just play with my “old Premiere Pro 2″ version. Oh yeah and of course, I’m now testing ColdFusion Scorpio (MX 8) which is in beta. Until the next blog! Cheers! |
