Ok, so this is not a big “digital media” story, but you know what, I’m freaking out!  Why you ask?

NBC announced that they will not renew their deal with the iTunes store due to pricing issues, piracy and the fact that they just want to piss me (personally) off.

I love “The Office” and I have all the episodes (season 1, 2, 3) from iTunes.  I don’t have time to sit down and watch it when NBC wants me to watch it, that is why I watch it when I want to via iTunes.

After December, NBC will have all of their shows removed from iTunes, which means that I will have to break down and purchase a TIVO or…should I say it….use my VCR (what is that?) to record it.

Man…life is hard…I hope Fox doesn’t do that, because the only other show I love (and watched every episode of) is 24.  If that happens…I may have to actually pay attention to my family, maybe take them out somewhere or something.

Wow…what a concept.

Cheers!
