I ran into an amazing website called Sprout (they just got $5 million second round) which allows you to build Flash widgets easily using the sproutbuilder.com You don’t even have to create an account, you just click on “Get started” and you are off creating these widgets.

The quality is amazing, and, if their development environment is written in Flex, so it’s 100% Flash, which means that it looks great and acts just like a regular application, except on the Web.

This is a must see for anyone that likes to add widgets to their site and/or social networks.

The quality of the objects are amazing (think Flash Professional Development Environment). If you are any kind of developer (beginner or advanced) you will feel at home in their environment.

You can find out more about it at Sprout’s site.
